Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Last updated 16 October 2026 · Operated by STRATAPROAI (Singapore sole proprietorship, UEN 53534278X)

1. Entertainment only

Huat888 provides Chinese almanac information, Four Pillars (BaZi) readings, AI-generated commentary and number suggestions for entertainment. Lottery draws are random. Nothing in this app predicts results, and no number, reading or method increases your chance of winning. Statistics on past results describe history only; every draw is independent.

2. Not professional advice

Content is not financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological or relationship advice. Do not make financial, health or life decisions based on it.

3. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to use Huat888. Gaming laws differ by country and state; you are responsible for complying with the laws where you live. In Malaysia, gaming is not permitted for Muslims. Huat888 does not sell tickets, accept bets, or act as an agent for any lottery operator.

4. No affiliation

Magnum, Sports Toto, Da Ma Cai, Powerball and Mega Millions are trademarks of their respective owners. Huat888 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Draw schedules and prize information may be out of date; check the official operator.

5. AI-generated content

Readings and advisor replies are produced by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for you, and you use them at your own risk.

6. Subscription, trial and cancellation

• New users get a 7-day free trial of Premium. You need a Huat888 account and a payment card to start it.
• Manage or cancel anytime under Premium → Manage subscription.
• After the trial, Premium costs S$3 per month for the first 3 billing months (introductory price, new subscribers only, once per person), then S$6 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

7. Responsible play

Only spend what you can afford to lose, set a budget, and never borrow to play. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek help (US: 1-800-GAMBLER; Malaysia and Singapore: a counsellor, doctor or local support service).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from gambling, from reliance on any reading or number, or from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Privacy Notice (PDPA)

Issued under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended 2024) and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

• If you create an account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Name or nickname (optional), date of birth, time of birth (optional) and sex.
• Questions you type to the AI advisor.
• Your consent choices with the date and time you gave them, and your trial or subscription status.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not ask for your IC or NRIC number. Please don't enter it, or any health, religious or financial details, into the advisor.

Why we use it

• To calculate your Four Pillars chart, daily reading and lucky numbers.
• To generate AI readings and advisor replies when you ask for them.
• To provide your trial and subscription and handle billing questions.
• To send promotions, only if you separately opt in.

Where it is kept

Account details (email, consent record, subscription status and daily usage count) are stored in our database hosted by Cloudflare. Your birth details and settings stay in your browser on this device. When you request an AI reading or send a question, your birth details and question are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the reply; we do not store them on our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only our service providers (Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting), bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for our services, and authorities where the law requires.

Transfers outside Malaysia and Singapore

Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We only transfer data where the recipient gives a comparable standard of protection, as the PDPA requires.

How long we keep it

Data on your device stays until you delete it. Subscription and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data, limit how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops AI readings, which need your birth details. Use "Delete my account" below, which also cancels your subscription, or contact our Data Protection Officer. We respond within 21 days (Malaysia) or 30 days (Singapore).

Security and breaches

We use reasonable security measures. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the relevant Commissioner as the law requires.
